The CEO of Binance, Mr Changpeng Zhao has recently reported on Twitter that the inconsistent exchanges have been traced and will soon be reversed. He has asked the investors to follow up the steps stated by the company in order to secure their profiles from further cyber attacks.
Binance has denied all speculation of a possible hacking and reassured that the investors’ money is secure.
“All funds are safe,” Mr Changpeng Zhao declared last Wednesday. Misinformation of a possible hacking was propagated on Wednesday morning. The reduced balances made the user’s sell their investments and convert them to viacon. But the exchange reported that the news was misleading and false.
Meanwhile Viacon showed an astonishing growth, rising more than 40% on that particular day. However, it has been claimed by many that there must have been a glitch of some sort and that is why the company has tried every possible way to cover that up. Whatever the inner scenario may be, the issue has been solved and that’s itself a relief.
